Windows 10: Text on Task Bar

My computer crashed a while back and I had it repaired online. After they completed the repair, they added their phone number to my task bar in case I needed them again. I want to delete the number but can't seem to be able to.

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Change Task Bar Text Colror

The task bar is black and the text on the task bar apps is black. You cannot read it until you hover over it and the text background turns into a translucent pale white. Even then it is very hard to read. How do I change the color of the task bar text
to white?
