Windows 10: Thank you for letting me know how to password

What's the deal with Windows 10 apps that pop-up a corner notice to inform you that the password field on login dialog (which pops-up at the same time as the corner notification) needs to have a password entered? It's 2020, we all know the purpose the password field on a login dialog.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Is there any way that I can bypass the password requirement when it is in the 'lockscreen' mode?

Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
