WP8.1 Update 1 - UK Cortana - missing commands

This worked fine with the dev preview prior to update 1 when I used the USA version of Cortana.

Since installing update 1 and switching to UK version of Cortlana

• Cortana Skype commands are no longer available
• Cortana can no longer show items from my Bing topics, she states they are not available.

Get Cortana to work in English (UK) for Windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10, and Cortana doesn’t seem to be available based on the Start Menu:

but when I click the link, it takes me to this page:





which suggests it should be available in the UK, since I've checked

• my language settings are English (UK),
  
• I have the English (UK) language pack installed, and
  
• the speech settings are also set to English (UK).
  

I think this is everything, right?  It certainly ticks the boxes in the Microsoft help article.

I suggest you to install the latest windows 10 updates, please follow the steps to install all the windows updates.

If you want to check for the update now, select the Start button, then select Settings
> Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Run the Search and Indexing Troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

  Open Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Search and Indexing Troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Run the Troubleshooter.
