    thanks for your kindness Vinay Kumar Soma after i enter the link you gave me and download the update,,then i restart my laptop i see an another account logo on the left side,i clicked it and then give my password,, guess what happened,,, my laptop screen get back with a mouse courser,,and nothing is working,, wow,,i am so happy for your help now how i fix it
