I'm having an issue with 0xc0000142 unable to start application correctly the app was running fine a few weeks ago but when I ran it today it pops up the 0xc0000142 error then I uninstall a few apps from control panel only to make the situation worse,
now I'm unable to run most setup.exe files even vcredist or dotnet. I tried doing sfc /scannow, uninstalled intel driver utility, clean boot, compatibility, autorun, reinstalling c++, uninstalling recently added apps like adobe flash,etc. I'm having McAfee
and CCleaner. Please help
