The bluetooth wireless keyboard stops working after +- 30 minutes of use but stays connected, this problem started as soon as I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, digging through the forums looking for a solution to this problem I found one, BUT it was designed for Windows 8. 1, but the solution worked for me and that is to simply turn airplane mode on and off, but doing this every time and especially while playing a game is not convenient because the keyboard freezes and keeps thinking as if I pressed the key that was pressed at the moment of “disabling” But the best part is that it stay

What is the make and model of the wireless mouse?

Bluetooth will not stay connected

ok this is wierd I finaly broke down and called nokia from the land line after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes I got an agent who was supprise not helpful at all could not even suggest any steps to take but I though what the heck I would try one more
restart so I turned off all my blue tooth devices including the wireless keyboard the headset and the other 2 phones the computer came on and now the connection is stable so I decided to turn the devices on one at a time and now they are all working and the
nokia is staying connected so I guess the soultion for me is to have all devices off when powering up the computer and then turn them on one at a time after system is fully loaded

Thank you but both your novice solutions does not work. Did you read my earlier problem? It is not about updating the driver at all. The problem keeps on persisting. The driver is for the
Bigfoot Networks Killer™ Dual Band Wireless-AC N1535 - 802.11 AC/A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module + Bluetooth 4.1 [M.2 Chip].

What happens is that my laptop will suddenly stop connecting with all BT devices. More accurately, the BT device receiver to recognize BT devices goes missing. It only works when I reinstall the driver. This problem does not happen with other Bluetooth
devices but only when I connect with Microsoft Wireless Surface Keyboard and Mouse. Currently my laptop has no problem connecting with Dell Premier Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, and my Bose Wireless noise cancelling headphone for a couple of months now. The minute
I connect with the surface devices, it goes poof. When I purchase this from the Microsoft store in San Francisco, the sales person assured me that there would be no problems.
