Windows 10: The browsers doesn't acces the cookies after win 10 update either KB5016616 or KB5012170

As I said above brosowers on my PC Opera, Opera GX and Microsoft Egde refuse to use cookies after an update. I can open the site for example and YT and it will remember my option in open sesion but as soon as I close the tab the browser just forgets that and I must accept them again everytime I close the browsers.I thought the problem is only in opera but it extends to Microsoft Egde. As far as I know the only change that happend is the win 10 update. Left to itself, WU will try to install both KB5016616 and KB5012170

When I used the regular WU, on my machine, it kind of stalled (didn't fail per se). So I closed WU and did the updates on WAU Manager, and it finished with no problems.
On the regular WU, it tried to install KB5016616, first. On WAU Manager, it installed KB5012170, first.
Might make a difference?

I got the Cumulative KB5016616 and a Security Update KB5012170

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
