I received a bugcheck at: 0x0000013a (0x0000000000000012, 0xffffb7871f400140, 0xffffb787b62e4000, 0x0000000000000000).

What is the cause of this?

New Computer keep crashing - The bugcheck was: 0x0000013a (0x0000000000000012, 0xffff9088a9e00140, 0xffff9088ba054000, 0x0000000000000000).

I recently bought a new computer. However, the computer keep crashing and I cannot update the window 11. The computer will enter the blue screen before it restart. After I checked the system logs, it says "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000013a (0x0000000000000012, 0xffff9088a9e00140, 0xffff9088ba054000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP."

I am not sure how to fix this. I am actually thinking about returning this new computer that I just got yesterday because of this window crash and the fact that I cannot perform the window update.
