Screen background color without light one!

Hello all:

I am favouring light green/blue color as my screen background. in w10 there are only 24 dark colors for background to select. Where is light color for background?

Besides, below the 24-background-color, some time there is an extra white color, but not always. where does the white color to hide sometime. --- Zhao

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

windows update 2004 colore on taskbar light blue

yeah i just updated newest windows update 2004 and notice right after taskbar color is light/blue on it

i always had it on light color is this what supposed to look like after update if you keep it on light color 1909 color was ok i don't know what happened
