The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa887679f4080, 0xffff9b8dada5f7d0, 0xffffa8876f15da30). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 25802979-a046-4519-8910-a8d1f3b9160b.



Recently my laptop has been restarting on it's own when it sleeps for too long or goes into hibernation. I've checked all my drivers, ran a bunch of tests and cleanup programs, and still no avail. If anyone could tell me what the underlying problem is and if it can be solved without sending the computer back that'd be wonderful. Dump file can be found here:

Computer has been regularly rebooting with no warning. Not sure when it started. System log says it's caused by a bugcheck. It started before the most recent Windows 10 update.

My Surface Book crashes frequently, a couple of times each day.

I have find the following event in the Reliability Report:

Bugcheck 0x0000009f since cumulative update for Windows 10 kb3081448

My PC has started to hang while asleep since the installation of the Windows 10 cumulative update KB3081448. When I reboot I find an entry in the event log reporting Bugcheck 0x0000009f:
