Windows 10: The Copy and Paste Picture Dilemma & Other Outlook Problems

I have Windows 10 and IE 11. I use to be able to copy pictures from the web to an Outlook e-mail. Now when I do it all I get is the http address and no photo. If this is due to Windows 10 I'll do a restore to Windows 8.1 and stay put. If this is a change to Outlook e-mail I'm not sure how I'll proceed. I still use Internet Explorer instead of Edge. I just had too many problems with the new browser. Also after I've been on line for awhile and when I go back into Outlook e-mail and try to respond to an e-mail I'll hit the "reply" but the sender's message doesn't appear at all. If I hit "forward" to share the e-mail with others the body of the e-mail is also blank. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Adjustable image icons in Windows 10 File Explorer?

the problem in my 1 computer has not changed no mater what the setting, the problem being no ability to get picture icons in a file explorer, no other issues,

online outlook for some reason on my business laptop will not let me select text to copy and paste it an that is bugging me badly too

I have the same problem... this is such a pain. I use Rackspace for email. All my standard reply forms with multiple links and or images are now useless. It makes no sense to have to relink everything for every email. So frustrated! Please help.
