Discus and support the data area passed to a system call is too small in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I had got "the data area passed to a system call is too small" msg a while … now that I can't use some app like skype, line.     I had got "the data area passed to a system call is too small" msg a while … now that I can't use some app like skype, line. I don't know how to fix it..

    also since that problem I failed to update "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809" via window update many times it shown that "Last failed install attempt on ‎1/‎2/‎2019 - 0x80070714"

    Hi

    I've recently installed windows 10. Whenever I try to open a jpeg file I get the following message:

    "The data area passed to a system call is too small".

    Any ideas please?

    cannot remove last update on windows 10 because windows 10 will not allow it..
