Windows 10: the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable problem

recently i have this problem:

the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

when i want to open my apps it appears but when i run them bu administrator thay open with out any problem

i also tried disk checking buy comment prompt and still have the problem please help.

I have 4 of these errors, NTFS failed to mount the volume.

The file or directory %hs is corrupt and unreadable.

Please run the Chkdsk utility.

The volume is recognized by NTFS but it is corrupted that NTFS could not mount it. Run

CHKDSK /F to fix any errors on this volume, and then try accessing it.

Not sure whats causing it, doesn't tell me the volume, but I only have the one drive

with the recovery partition.

 

Windows corrupt file

humm k, this thing is poping up on my taskbar.

Well I ran the chkdsk in my windows 32 folder and the problem remains*Stick Out Tongue .

Any help when someone has the spare time, is greatly apriciated.
