Windows 10: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

I recently installed linux feren OS and had some fun with it being new to linux and i wanted to go back to my windows since some necessary apps weren’t available for linux.

When i tried booting into windows it suddenly blue screened,when my pc restarted i booted into windows again it said that it couldn’t detect the problem after looking around for solutions i tried making a bootable copy of windows on a usb flash drive and clicked repair my computer after i went to command prompt and typed BOOTREC /rebuildbcd after that it said the folowing:

Successfully scanned windows installations.

Total identified windows installations: 0

The operation completed successfully.

After that i tried bcdedit /export c:bcdbackup after typing that I got the following:

The store export operation has failed.

The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

What do i do?i cant reinstall windows i have many important files of my work and many pictures of family etc.

I turned on my computer today and every program that I wanted to open, show this error

all of my drives have this problem.

I have 4 of these errors, NTFS failed to mount the volume.

The file or directory %hs is corrupt and unreadable.

Please run the Chkdsk utility.

Guidance:

The volume is recognized by NTFS but it is corrupted that NTFS could not mount it. Run

CHKDSK /F to fix any errors on this volume, and then try accessing it.

Not sure whats causing it, doesn't tell me the volume, but I only have the one drive

with the recovery partition.
