    Good afternoon!Please help me!Laptop Z570 Laptop ideapad LENOVOthe fn button and the A S D F keys do not work.I tried to updatethe ps/2 keyboard driver. It helped for a while.Now it doesn't work at all...what else can I try?Sincerely yours!

    New laptop FN keys not working [Solved]

    You do have to hit a button the "Fn" key to get those to work...

    ... I am sure you know this, but just in case. *Smile the FN and ASDF buttons do not work :)

    New laptop FN keys not working [Solved]

    The FN key seems to be a toggle , I don't need to press it every time I want to adjust the volume or brightness.
    With all my previous laptops I needed to press the FN key WITH the f key I needed to use, so it works slightly different on this laptop than what I'm used to.

    On my school my computers have an fn button and I have been wondering what the fn button does but I have not gotten any clear awnsers. If somebody could just explain what this button is for that would be a great help.
