Windows 10: The Groove Music app is not opening

I'm on Windows 10 Version 20H2


I'm facing a problem that says that

when I try to open Groove Music app it can't open

even I try to update but when I try to update apps the ms store comes with a error that says something unexpected happens

I tried everything but these problem can't fix.


please suggest a problem that can fix the groove music app as well as the ms store error

Groove Music problem

Groove Music suddenly opened on my tablet (Windows10) while I had an ebook app open. I closed the window but the window kept reopening after a few seconds. I tried to uninstall Groove Music: System > Apps & Features, down to Groove Music – "Uninstall" was dimmed. Opened "Advanced Options": clicked "Terminate" – nothing happened; "Uninstall" – dimmed; "Reset" – the window didn't open for a while, but a few minutes later another opened to want to reinstall. Tried Revo Uninstall – Groove Music not listed. And I don't use my tablet for music.

I would also suggest you to turn off and on the media info of Groove music and check. here is the steps:

• Open Groove Music.
• Click on Gear icon (settings) present on the left side of the app.
• Turn Off the media info and then turn it on.

I understand that you were suggested to uninstall and reinstall the Groove app. But, when you try to uninstall the app, you are getting an error. Is that correct?

Have you tried to troubleshoot the Groove app? If you haven't, please refer the following help article and try the steps.

If the issue still persist, follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key and type
  Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell
  and select Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneMusic* | remove-appxpackage.
