Windows 10: The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

i'm running on windows 10 1909 with latest system and drivers updates . a few weeks ago i found out that i can't boot into system from my personal usb winpe image i had used several times before but i didn`t pay so much attention cause it was not so important and i thought the image has become broken . yesterday i wanted to install windows 10 from scratch from external usb image and it failed due to unknown hardware/software problem and when i tried just an upgrade within the desktop , it failed my every try with the above title error . i tried everything i found on this community like even " remove your wifi card and try again " or " disable intel virtualization in bios " or " check some special services in registry and system services " or " remove all attached usb devices " but it didn't work . plz help

Installation of Windows10 failed in SAFE_OS phase with error in BOOT

I tried to install Windows 10 on my Samsung RX511 laptop but the installation failed towards the end of the installation procedure with the message:

0xC1900101 - 0x20017

The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error in the BOOT operation.

Has anyone experienced this failure on a Samsung RX511 laptop and found a fix for this problem?

Original title: Failed WIN10 install.

Have attempted 3 times, the last using the ISO files, but keep getting error: 0x1900101 - 0x20017, "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation"

Can anyone please help me
