Windows 10: The latest update has changed my wallpaper to Bing photos and won't let me change it back.

As the title says, The latest update has changed my wallpaper to Bing photos and won't let me get it back. I use a folder where I have a lot of images gathered over the years. I set it as a rotating wallpaper. I can change the display from Bing images to my folder, but the next time I turn on the computer it is back to Bing. I have tried changing it three times. No go!

Bing wallpaper doesn't change on Windows Phone

I have a brand new Nokia Lumia Icon running Windows Phone 8.1. I want to set my wallpaper to Bing so it changes daily. The problem is, it stopped changing on its own after the first day of ownership. I can manually set it to the current Bing photo by selecting
a photo as the wallpaper and setting it back as Bing but it never updates. I've let it sit for two full days and the background never changed. I've tried clearing all IE data (history, cookies, etc) but it didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

bing wallpaper not changing ....

I have wp7.8 on my Nokia lumia 710 ....

I am facing a problem that the Bing wallpaper is not changing ....

I have heard it will change as the wallpaper on Bing.com will change but on my phone Bing wallpaper is not changing it is set to the default one which we see on Bing search on wp7 Nokia lumia 710 ...

Please help I have reset and restart ....

And I also tried to set wallpaper and then switched it back to Bing .. But it's not working
