    The license stop working after the september update for 2004


    Hi my laptop has a clean install of Windows 10 Pro Education 2004 with the corresponding license, at some point at the beginning of September it start to ask for the license saying "We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. Error code: 0xC004C020" I haven't use this key on any other machine, and I had use this license sense v.1903 and update to v.1909 with no trouble, but I had to make a clean install of v.2004 in July becase of a OS fail in v.1909 random blue screens. when I install the OS it allow me to use the same activation key and work fine until this mount. Any suggestions on how to fixit?

    Keyboard and Mouse Stopped Working After Updating To Version 2004

    I truly feel sorry for your loss! had a terrible experience with the update too. Can I suggest you check your RAM once!! I realized after the update my 16 Gb (2x8 GB) were fried! And the other 2 RAM was working.......

    To understand the issue better, I would need more information from your end.

    • What is the make and model of the computer?
    • Did you try the steps suggested by Preeti Patel on September 1, 2015?
