    The Lockscreen stays Black and Unresponsive!!!


    The lockscreen just stays black whenever this occurs :
    1. Manual Locking (WIN + L)
    2. Sign Out
    3. After Successful Shutdown's

    If i force shutdown, and start it, lockscreen works fine. but it goes to black state after sign in.

    The things i tried to fix it!!
    1. Graphics Driver Rollback
    2. Reinstalled Driver
    3. Display troubleshooting in Safemode with Networking (msconfig way, Advanced Startup dont work.)
    4. Reinstalling Windows (Insider Updates)

    The temporary fix i found is that, after uninstalling the intel driver it fixes it self,works normal. But i cant just remove intel drivers, i need them for my screen!
    If anyone having this issue or knows how to fix please help.

    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

    Please provide more information to help you better:

    • Are you getting black screen before sign in or after sign in?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?
