    Hello everyone, Since last CU last week I noticed that in some MS apps, connected to my MS account the account picture is missing. Interesting to mention is that this is not happening in all apps. To be more clear, I am posting a screenshot, where you, guys can see: So far, in Start menu, Cortana, Photos, Edge, Sticky Notes and Xbox apps the account picture is showing right. In the rest of the apps, it is just empty, no picture /as in the screenshot/. What is that and what should I do? Winver: 19043.1055 Thanks to all who will respond.

    Thanks for the suggestion but I've already been there. The problem in this solution is there is NO Advanced Settings switch in this screen. I found another post from an individual on another site that stated the same thing. However, I do have one possible
    direction to turn. I read that the wireless connection supported 802.11 b/g. I'm hoping this is old information as my HTC Arrive supports 802.11 b/g/n and my home network is 802.11n. Other than that I'm willing to try any other suggestions. Thanks for your

    • Try to configure the device manually. To do this, follow these steps:
      • Start the Zune software.

        Connect the Zune device to the computer.

        Click Settings, click Device, and then click
        Wireless Sync.

        Click Set Up Wireless Sync, and then click Show Advanced Settings.

        Enter the name of the wireless network (SSID).

        Select a network type.

        Click Next.

        Enter a network key or a pass phrase if you're prompted, and then click OK.

        Click Finish.

    I understand that you receive a message, ‘Nothing has arrived yet’ when checking for emails in the Windows Mail app. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



    However, please let us know:



    • Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?


    I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article on

    Resolve sync issues in Mail and Calendar apps in Windows 10
    and see if that helps.
