Windows 10: The new Windows May 2004?

Well, I've been getting excited a lot. Ever since I got the new version of Win. 10, there is almost no download possible. As soon as you click on the button to download it, it is blocked. I already have most downloads in my download folder. From Ubi, Steam, and, and, and, and. It worked with the previous version Win. 1909, there I could download everything without problems. Sometimes I only need to open my download folder - there comes a warning. Potentially unwanted app found by this app&browser control. This did not exist before. What can I do so that I can install all the downloads I always had before without any problems. You don't download it every day, but when you need it. Had gotten a new laptop the other day as well, not everything is on it. By the way, with this browser setting, I had the new Edge, you can also forget that I couldn't cope with it. I took Chrome again. Thanks in advance.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I was able to force install it in early June, and I tested it for a couple days before rolling back to 1909.

Microsoft apparently has now decided to block force installs.
