    I am using a hp omen laptop and it came preloaded with windows 10. Yesterday an update was downloaded and I chose the option 'update and shut down' .I saw the progress upto 30% and then I went out. When I returned and switched my laptop on it started asking for repair. Automatic repair did not work. Now it shows " Your operating system could not be loaded because a critical driver is missing or contains errors."

    File: Windows\system 32\drivers\partmgr.sys

    error 0xc0000185

    I don't have any restore point or recovery media other than the one in internal hdd. Trying to recover from it did not work. I can not access in safe mode either. Help me out guys, I seem to be in a fix. Thanks.
