Windows 10: the printer fix kb4567523

this update for whatever reason is telling me I can not download this fix, i'm using a HP officejet 4632 totally stopped printing, any answers folks

I have a similar issue on Windows 10 Version 2004 OS Build 19041.331

Three day old dell machine. Version 2004 successfully update two days ago.

Print to physical printers was working but when printing to Microsoft Print to PDF dialog disappeared before asking where to save.

I uninstalled and reinstalled MS Print to PDF from Control panel. No success.

I uninstalled MS Print to PDF printer and tried to reinstall and receive Printer driver was not installed. Element not found. error message dialog box

I also noticed that XPS and Onenote print drivers had issues in their Properties dialog, so I removed them and receive same error message when I tried to install printer drivers.

I installed kb4560366 Service Stack Update, rebooted. then installed kb4567523 and rebooted.

Same error messages trying to reinstall the drivers. My physical HP printer was and still is unaffected.

Any suggestions or is this just a wait until Microsoft fixes the kb4567523 fix.

KB4567523 does not solve printer bug on my Windows 10 2004.

Starting Windows whit USB printer on does not work as well.

Tried unistall KB4567523 and KB4557957 but did not solve that problem.

All printers are dead, as well as all PDF printers.

HP DESKJET 2620 printer (wifi), installed, online, visible with HP SMART program

i installed kb4567523 and it did not fix the issue.
