Windows 10: The quest for actually dark window headers

So i successfully turned by window headers dark in dark mode by selection a dark theme color and then chosing the option to make window headers have that color. The problem that still remains is that windows that arent in focus STILL have the white header. Even in dark mode.

Is there any way to make them dark?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
