Windows 10: "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection."

Discus and support "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection." in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I was using Google Chrome. I started a download and noticed that de internet speed was much lower than usual so I decided to run the network diagnosis....     "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection."


    I was using Google Chrome. I started a download and noticed that de internet speed was much lower than usual so I decided to run the network diagnosis. It gave me this error "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection." I wonder if someone knows how to solve this.

    the remote device or resource wont accept the connection

    my pc is connected to a wlan but my chrome and chrome dosent work and shows no internt connection after troubelshooting it shows the remote device or resource wont accept the connection and my games works which needs internet
