Windows 10: The screen is flipped when going to recovery options for bitlocker

I when I press esc for more recovery options, the screen flipped, how do I fix this

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key

Bitlocker - no more recovery options

Windows 10 had a large update yesterday.

Now my only option is to go to the UEFI firmware settings

Or

If i press F10, I can get to a screen requesting my recovery key. I have logged in to my about and received this message:

BitLocker recovery keys

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Nobody helped me setup this pc and i don't remember ever doing anything with bitlocker.

I do have a recovery key ID but haven't found anywhere i can use it.

At this point, I'm willing to write the whole system and start over but bitlocker prevents me from doing even that!
