Windows 10: The Search on Window 11 creates a box on screen that makes it not clickable

Search box creates a small square where the often searched for items are listed in a small window and in this specific portion of the screen in Windows 11, it makes an unusable part of the screen and gives the hourglass. We can neither click nor perform right-click action or move any box in that specific portion of the screen.It looks like the often searched-for items are not loading up at all. Have anyone else come across this issue and if so have you found a fix for it?

  Right click on the task bar.

  Go to Cortana.

  Click on show search box.
  

Now check if you are able to find search box.

Are you meaning that once you type in Search box on IE 11, you see Search Suggestions appear?

Do you see the option to Turn Off Search Suggestions at the bottom of the list?

Which instructions are you suggesting I missed? There is no search icon. Right clicking the taskbar shows no search option. The "small characters" or icons trick did nothing. The regedit thing:
Follow these steps to turn on the hidden search box:

• Open regedit
• Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search
• Inside the search key, create the new DWORD value named EnableSearchBox and set it to 1
• Restart your computer or simply Explorer Shell

Did not give me a search option that I can find.

So in at least MY version of windows 10 there is no search box I can find that will allow me to search my own computer to find possible misplaced files.

So what are the instructions?
