Windows 10: The search options don't appear the same as they do in other descriptions of how to find...

I'm trying to find my photo files that windows keeps moving out of my new SSD, despite my changing the default save address. I follow the Instructions that google tells me to use the search box in File Explorer, but I don't get "search tools," I get "drive tools" in that menu. Why is it that 90 percent of the instructions I find, even in the windows help menus and other apparently valid information sources don't work? That no one has come up with a simpler way to fix the dozens of problems with software and compatibility, etc, suggests to me that there is value in keeping the average person bogged down. I've been using computers for most of my adult life, and I'm 50. Every time there's a new software, or even update, something goes ****, and I wind up spending hours, sometimes days, and often never resolving the problem. My functionality dwindles away. The world is making natural selection unnatural, a place for cyborgs to survive, while the rest who don't think and act like a compliant device will be slowly disenfranchised to death. Can anyone tell me how fix this photo **** problem. I also looked for the "auto-arrange' tick box, as suggested by google, but that item doesn't appear when I right click in the blank space of my selected file folder that I'm searching in. ****? Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
