Windows 10: The Shutdown button in Start not working

Hi, I am a Windows 10 user. I have a trouble shutting down my computer. When I choose Shutdown, then the tittle "Shutting down" appear on the screen, and the screen becomes dark. But it not complete shutdown . The light on the keyboard, touchpad, ... still on. After 15~20s, if I move the mouse, Windows 10 login screen will appear. The sleep and restart button working normally. All user in my PC have this problem with shutdown button. The PC still can be turned off by using command prompt.

Start Button displaying but not working


The start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click. Does anyone have any suggestion or fixes?

To create shutdown button shortcut, kindly follow these steps.

• Right-click on the desktop, select New and then choose Shortcut.
• In the shortcut location box, enter the command for shutdown shutdown.exe -s -t 00.
• Click Next, then type the name of this shortcut.
• Click Finish.
• Right-click the shortcut on the desktop, then select Pin to taskbar.
