windows 10 requires smart card for admin

I use a smart card to check email on a corporate server, so disabling the smart card service isn't an option, nor is restore point, as the only change I had made to the system was to use the smart card to log into the email server.

After using the card to log in (with no issues) I attempted to update windows and drivers. I am being prompted to insert my smart card before the installation can continue. I did not actively add smart card to my user account for admin rights, and do not
want to use a smart card to do so. I attempted to use the smart card to proceed with the update, only to have windows error out with "the smart card cannot perform the requested operation or the operation requires a different smart card." I only have one,
so it's not a confusion there. How can I go back to simply clicking "yes" or "ok" to do admin tasks?

If I click ok then same error shown in red color or cancel this operation then I will not proceed further digital signature process.

Please give me solution how to solve this error.
