Windows 10: The system cannot find the file specified. Error: 80070002

I recently installed Samsung 860 EVO 250GB and it loads OS only. The arrangement is made so that both SSD along with HDD can stay alive. And hence, I replaced CD/DVD writer with existing HDD and installed SSD in place of HDD. But right after that, I started receiving an error on Windows startup.

I did/fixed everything that Google got to suggest. Yes, almost 5-7 methods for eliminating that has been accomplished. But none has solved this issue so far. Therefore, please provide a working solution and it will be appreciated a lot.

Cannot Install Windows 10 Error 80070002

I want to install Windows 10 from my Windows 7 Professional SP1. After downloading the 3 GB Installation files, while installing it always get the Error 80070002 message. I already turn delete my windows/softwaredistribution/download files, done the clean
booting, my antivirus and firewall and also follow the steps in this article:

But it keeps on failling. Any suggestions?

I'm getting an error saying this everytime I log into my account on the computer:

C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\WindowsConfig.vbs

Error: The system cannot find the file specified.

Is anyone else having this issue and is there any way to fix this so that it can run the script and stop showing this on startup?

I have the file in the directory, but Windows is not reading it.
