    Windows 11 is a deliberate design choice by Microsoft. In Windows 11, the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there are no built-in options to relocate it to the top, right, or left sides of the screenthis is a great constraint the notifications pop ups are overlapping some of application windows.& the pop ups are set to the bottom right corner at the end of the task bar.I need to relocate the task bar to get rid of the issueSO far I am not able to do it.Kindly re-enable the feature to allow either relocation of taskbar or notification pop ups possible

    taskbar on multiple screens (XP)

    The options will be in the video card options, like if you use a ATI video card the options will be in CCC. You should give people more details about your comp.

    I understand your concern about accessing Taskbar on Windows 10. We will help you with resolving the issue.

    Provide us the additional information to understand the issue and assist you better:

    • What exactly happens when you press Alt+Tab keys from the keyboard to switch between the apps?
    • Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue?

    As you said Taskbar is not working, and you will minimize all the opened apps to access the one you wish to from Taskbar. Be clear with how exactly you are trying to accessing the apps from Taskbar.

    Step 1: I suggest you to check if you have enabled the Auto-hide option for Taskbar, if so try to disable and check if it helps.

    Steps to enable auto-hide Taskbar:

    • Right click in the empty space on the Taskbar, click on
      Properties,
    • Under Taskbar tab, uncheck the Auto-hide the Taskbar option, click on
      Apply and Ok.

    Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type
      updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on
      Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being shown.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
    • Check if the option for Lock the Taskbar and Auto-hide the taskbar
      are ticked.
    • If they are ticked then uncheck the option for Auto-hide the taskbar.

    Also, suggest you to update the Display driver by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
