Windows 10: The Troubleshooting wizard can't continue. Error Code: 0x8007005

Trying to run Troubleshoot.


This is the message I receive:

Troubleshooting Wizard doesn't work

While troubleshooting Hardware and Device, I'd get a message saying

"An error occurred while troubleshooting: An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue."

The error code is 0x8000FFFF. I've tried to sfc /scannow, but that didn't show anything.

If the issue persists, even you have tried all the possible trobleshooting steps, I highly suggest that you may try the following:

1. Test the other user account to see if the same behavior occurs.
2. Perform a clean boot. You ma refer to this
   link.
3. Reset your device and choose the option Keep my files. Here's the
   
   link.
