Windows 10: The wifi in my laptop is not working

I have a hp pavilion power laptop Model numbers: 15-cb000 – 15-cb099 and the wifi is not working in it. My laptop does not show any available networks to connect to. I go to troubleshoot it through windows 10 settings and it gives the possible solution of a network reset which I have tried multiple times and has not worked. I have gone to device manager and checked for driver updates and they are up to date. My system is up to date with the latest windows and optional system updates.I have replaced the wifi card IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 with the same one, bu

I'm online from my wifi laptop but can't connect to my home network

Nope, I've tried all the steps of all the fixes listed by Dalchina and Try3 but the problem still exists. The W10 laptop refuses to access my main W7 pc (named CG16) on my home network, although it can 'see' it, ie, it shows CG16 in the network list.
The only thing I haven't tried is Dalchina's suggestion about creating a shortcut, mainly because I'm not sure where this shortcut is supposed to be. I'm assuming it has to be on the W10 laptop but I don't understand how it could work. More info please, Dalchina, if you'd be so kind.

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.
