Windows 10: The Windows 11 Installation Assistant is stuck or is not working correctly

I am trying to install windows 11 using the installer. But at step 3 of 3 installation, the process starts to go extremely slowly from 90% to 99%. 99% of the installation program stops, it does not hang and does not give errors. I waited 6 hours, but the process never resumed. I tried doing Windows Update troubleshooting, it found a couple of problems, then I rebooted the PC. Then I performed "Reset Windows Update to Windows 10" and rebooted the PC. The problem persists. I was checking my PC using the "PC Health Check" program. The program says that my PC meets the recommended parameters for i

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suppose another possibility might be that some related service is not configured correctly...

E.g. Tweaking.com's repair tool includes a repair to set services to default.

I suggest you look at affected PCs and check installed programs to see if there are any that are common only to those and not others, especially 3rd party security programs with firewalls.

I saw a note somewhere that there's no relevant group policy.
