Windows 10: The Windows Clipboard is only able to save a history of screenshots, text entries show as blank

The Windows Clipboard is only able to save a history of screenshots, text entries show as blank and don't paste anything when I click on them.I have used this feature for years and only recently did text buffers/history seem to stop working.MS does not seem to have a detailed feature page about it so see this one insteadhttps://www.howtogeek.com/821168/how-to-enable-and-use-clipboard-history-on-windows-11/Here is what I am seeing. Note the blank entries are failed text clip historyIs there a Windows build that has already fixed this as a known issue?

Not able to save screenshots

Wrong. The print screen button saves the image on clipboard (you can try it yourself). Pressing win key + print button, also saves the image on clipboard, but mainly you use it to auto save it in pictures/screenshot folder

I dont like it. I also want to take in game screenshots, so it's not convenient

OneDrive is off. But I checked anyway

Can't use text from the clipboard history

Problem: Images will go into the clipboard history, but text fields display blank and paste nothing. This problem has existed for several months.

Error message: None

System info:

Edition Windows 10 Enterprise

Version 21H2

Installed on ‎6/‎7/‎2022

OS build 19044.4046

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0

Tried:

1. Turned off Clipboard History
   
2. Turned Clipboard History back on making sure the history was clear.
   

Other note: When I first turned Clipboard History on, it worked normally. I do not know what made it stop working. I believe there were updates pushed to our computers, but I'm not sure that was responsible for the change.

Screen shot: In this image you can see several images in the history, but the two blank in the middle were text and now appear blank.

In response to your comments:
1) Screenshot or text or file -- just text. Usuall a URL or, at most, a paragraph, <10 lines of text
2) Limited to 25 copied entries -- However, I will copy an item, be able to paste using CTRL + V but when I try WIN + V I get the message that the clipboard is empty (so <25 items)
3) Rule out CTRL key -- Issue is not CTRL key since I can copy/paste using CTRL+C/CTRL+V. Issue only appears when using clipboard history (WIN+V). I will have copied text and can paste it using CTRL+C/CTRL_V but clipboard history is either empty (error message from #1) or will not appear at all in the clipboard history even though history shows less than 4 items
Also, another issue is that, at times, the clipboard history will show ABCDEF but will past PQRST (something completely different than what is shown. Though it is something that was copied in the past)
