    Java installation not completing

    I've tried installing java many different times, but it always displays the error "Java installation Not Completed", I tried using the offline link for java, but that didn't work either, I've downloaded and uninstalled repeatedly, but it is yet to work,
    I'm open to suggestions of how to set it up better,

    I install JAVA, but JAVA programs claim there is no JAVA installed??

    From your log:

    I think you need to edit system variables path.

    Remove C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;" and replace with C:\Program Files\Java\jre-9.0.4\bin

    I install JAVA, but JAVA programs claim there is no JAVA installed??

    Yawcam is an exe file. Yawcam.exe
    I agree if it was a jar file.

    I seem to recall with JAVA, you could tell the OS system which JAVA version to use?
