Windows 10: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint spooler

I've been trying to sign into my Xbox account so I could play Minecraft, but this keeps happening.

I can do everything on your list of actions...except 3 and 6. Because the print spooler can't be started, I can't stop it, it is already stopped. I can clear the print folder, but I can't restart the spooler, because it has a duplicate endpoint error
("Error 0x800706xx: The endpoint is a duplicate.")

The troubleshooter can't fix the problem because it can't start the spooler. The spooler can't be started because it is experiencing the duplicate endpoint error. I can't fix this by working on the printer connection because the print spooler won't allow
the computer to interact with the printer. I need a solution that allows the print spooler to have a unique endpoint like it apparently used to when the system worked. This is why I need help to identify how the endpoint has become a duplicate of another
process and how to get them (that process and the print spooler) to resolve to distinct endpoints.

Same result. I make the modification to the registry. When the computer boots up the print spooler says it is running. When I send a print job to the printer, it sits in the queue without reaching the printer, then finally fails. When I follow the
procedure to remove the stuck print job in the queue I can stop the spooler, I can clear the spooler cache, but I can't restart the spooler because of the "Error 0x800706cc: The endpoint is a duplicate." Everything about the inability to get print jobs to
the printer seems to hinge on this duplicate endpoint.
