Windows 10: There are these little, horizontal green and pink/purple lines on my screen and more pop up...

I unfortunately got a pre-built PC for my 18th birthday 3 years ago that I clearly didn't know enough about and ever since I got it its had these small green and pinkish purple lines across the screen. They're very short, all over the screen and they move when my mouse moves or when a videos playing/anything on the screen is moving. There is also an issue with the driver NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER and when I look in Device Manager it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43". I've tried restarting the computer, "uninstalling device", "disabling d

Laptop Screen Inverted(?) Colors and Pink Horizontal Lines on Home Screen

I left my laptop for a bit and it was playing a youtube video and when I came back, the colors were inverted. I don't know if you'd say it's inverted but the screen is a green-ish blue-ish tint and the only colors it shows is green, blue, white, and slightly
purple. I hope you get the point. On the desktop screen, there's pink horizontal lines that fade away if i click on it with my mouse and my computer is touch screen, so if I press it, it fades too. It starts from the top left edge of the screen and goes into
the top right edge and they turn from faint, to opaque. I didn't drop it or anything. I restarted my computer, and that did nothing. The pink lines are showing right now too as I'm typing this, but it's very faint, and only visible on my desktop screen where
I have a black background.

Also sometimes the pink lines just disappear on their own.

I have horizontal pink and blue lines starting at the top of my touch screen at start up. The only way to "fix" the problem is to use the touchscreen and restart the computer. I can see a small portion of the desktop at the top of the screen and it appears
normal. Any suggestions?
