Windows 10: There are websites offering free windows7 download. Is it a scam?

Are free windows7 downloads legit?

Is this website legit ? o is it a scam ? prices are unbelievable low!!

Both of those sites have the same contact email and do not have an office address listed. So I wouldn't trust them.

Edit: Copy and paste the listed websites addresses into your address bar then click the "Contact" button or equivalent for each site and check the email address given.
