    Hey Guys,

Long time since I have been here, hope you are all well. There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. :)

When I try to log onto my Plesk control panel I am presented with the "There is a problem with this website’s security certificate." which I have always had but there used to be a link that said "I know the risks carry on" sort of thing but it is no longer there so I cannot get onto my Control Panel at all using iexplorer 11 or Edge and have had to use Chrome or Firefox, any ideas?

    Regards

    :)

Check your system date and time and time zone and make sure they are correct.

In Internet Explorer and in tools->Internet options, click on Advanced tab and then click reset.

The security certificate presented by this website is not secure.

As you can see from the above I've run into this lovely problem while trying to access a *army.mil website. It requires a certificate to log in or else I would use Microsoft Edge (which allows me to access the site no problem). I've added the site to trusted
sites and I've added the *.army.mil extension to the sites under the privacy tab. The .mil isn't in the certificates. Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this? There are times when I need to come home and finish work and this evening happens to be
one of those times. The instant message help individual referred me to a e-mail which I've yet to receive. If anyone knows what exactly I need to do to fix this issue please educate me. Thanks.

For the Microsoft Techies here's the case number <Removed>.

I once had that on a client's computer and it was a simple fix, they had their Time Zone and resulting date/time wrong.

I have always had the issue for years, its through 1and1 but as I said there was always the option to go anyway. Chrome and Firefox still give me that option. When I asked 1and1 about the issue the said it would be OK to go to the site and not to worry.

It would be nice to solve it or do you think 1and1 should do something about it?

I am looking in the certificate management but am not sure what I am looking at/for.

    Regards,

    .
