Windows 10: There is no Spotlight images in Assets Folder

Hello,


I was trying to copy all my spotlight images, but the thing is there was only some logos, animation images, cartoon character pictures...etc. in the assets folder.


My spotlight is on and works fine, but somehow system didn't save my spotlight images in there.


I copied everything from assets folder and convert them to jpeg images, I made a collage from assets folder , you can see picture below.







Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?


I am using windows 10 Pro, version 1803, OS Build 17134.829

as you can see, these are not like usual Spotlight landscape, nature photos. There is nothing but these photos in assets folder.

Somehow system didn't save other photos.

Spotlight on lock screen is not working while I see the Assets folder being populated

I have followed all procedures to get Spot light to work. I have tried these steps:

• The Powershell method discussed here:
  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-start/windows-spotlight-not-working-apps-not-showing/2a24d26e-916c-4969-b7cf-046244db04ab
• Emptying the Assets folder: C:\Users\alvin\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

But still Spotlight on the lock screen is not working. After emptying the Assets folder and going into the lock screen settings, where I change from Picture to Spotlight, I do see the Assets folder being populated with new images.

BUT they are not showing when my screen is locked.

Please help me out here
