Windows 10: There must be a way?

I'm running Windows 10.99% of my desktop icons.Are a picture, of the default browser.If I, right click properties. Change icon. To, one of the 99%.This is, all I see . . .Not sure why. But YouTube, see's all these?Is there anyway. To put these in a folder,where I can find them?So when, one of the 99%. Click, change icon.They can find, a good one.I want my email program, to show an envelope.Not the default browser, picture!Or are there any, third party icons. I can use?Thank you for reading . . . Memory Upgrade, what fits my goal ?

id suggest a new PSU is 1st on the list ,no way a 300w PSU is going to run those specs.

 

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
