    “there was a problem resetting your pc no changes were made.” I get this message after I try and reset my device.Laptop model: RZ09-0270I wanted to reset my device because it will not sign in and tells me to sign out and back in again, which never works. I’ve tried a number of things but I just want to use my computer again and start from scratch with it.
