Windows 10: There’s a problem with this app. Reinstall the application from its original install...

I couldnt open any Microsoft store apps or the Microsoft store and couldnt find any solutions so I just factory reset my PC and it only made it worse. The Microsft store isint even on my computer along with a ton of default apps including: CMD, Powershell, and Registry editor. I also cant download any 3rd party apps.Version 21H1 OS Build 19043, 1706Also I really dont want to update to windows 11 because my pc is a laptop with a 1.9 ghz cpu and 4gb of ram.

Vista HB reinstall = no original apps; help?

Computer: emachines W3611; Vista HmBSC w/DVDPk OEMAct

Problem: After system crash, os was reinstalled from original emachines operating disk.
After this install, original programs/applications (ie. Digital Media Player, Cyberlink DVD software. etc.) did not reinstall, nor did any emachines support, like "e Recovery".
Emachines web site says to "reinstall original programs/applications" using eRecovery and
recovery media; but this is no longer on machine.

Notes: Machine is no longer under warranty. Original recovery partition on "d" is still intact.

How can I restore or find original apps?

Unfortunately when you reinstall Windows off of a Windows disk, it will format your hard drive before installing. Isn't there a separate disk with the applications on it?

The owner only has the original "emachines operating disk", and an "upgrade to Vista premium" disk that came with the computer's purchase.
I did the online chat feature with the emachine folk, and since the machine is out of warrenty, they referred me to the same online links in support that say that, after reinstall, you use the "recovery" function to reinstall programs; but there is nothing like that on the machine now; doesn't seem to be any emachine stuff on their after the reinstall.
Emachines support said only other option was to call their telephone support, $2.95 per minute.
I can find other options to most of the original apps, but really need the Digital Media Reader and the DVD software from Cyberlink.
