Creating new post, as Microsoft support has gone dormant on previous multiple posts...



I am still receiving this error "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later"



I have attempted to login on the following operation systems: Windows 10, XBOX, Android, and iOS.



I have attempted to login on the following browsers: IE11, Edge, XBOX, Chrome, Safari



This same error occurs on the https://account.live.com/acsr too, so I am unable to initiate a change request

I have been trying to retrieve an account that I have forgotten the password for. There are 3 options that can retrieve it. Firstly by sending a code via email...I do not know the login for the email associated with the account
so I can not use that option. secondly there's an option to send the code through text. However, whenever I select this option and enter the 4 correct last digits of the phone number, then select next, I get the error message:

"There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

I have been trying this for over 3 months and have still been experiencing the same error, meaning this clearly isn't 'temporary'.

I cannot access any part of my account. I've tried on 3 computers and my phone. I've tried Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome. I've deleted history, cache, cookies, and everything else on all browsers. I've tried for 3 weeks now. I can't access any account
because it says there was a problem and I need to change my password. When I try and change my password it gives the following error message:

I constantly get the message : 'there's a temporary problem with the service. Please tyr again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.' whilst signing in any of the microsoft services. Also on mobile devices I cannot get back to my emails.
Below some extra technical information on the problem. I'd be very thankful if someone could help me out how I can connact back to microsoft services (outlook, onedrive, … ). As it looks , my account is not locked nor deleted.
