Windows 10: There's an organisation controlling my pc that I cant get rid of

Basically I signed into office 365 with my school account for school work. It automatically connected them and gave them access to my whole pc for some reason this feature is stupid microsoft please remove it. I looked up the problem and followed the steps to remove the organisation, and now when I go into settings> access school and work everything seems normal and there is no school organisation connected. However, for some reason randomly my pc will tell me "Your organisation requires you change your pin" and i do, and then i go and check the access work and school thing but it still s

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

How to regain control of my settings from my "organisation"

I am a home user of Windows 10 Home. I belong to no organisation and set no organisation up on my computer, yet in several of the settings screens, it says some of my settings are controlled by my organisation.

I ran sfc /scannow to check for and repair any corruptions found.

My system repaired all the corrupted files it found, with no omissions.

Yet some of my settings are still controlled by this non-existent organisation, to which I don't belong and which I did not set up on my laptop.

I'd like to get back control of ALL my settings.

Can anyone advise me how to do so and how to get rid of this mysterious "organisation"?

I would appreciate it!
