Windows 10: This app can't run on your pc display every time after sleep mode

This message display on my screen every time my laptop being wake from sleep mode, even if I didn't touch it, not to say do anything to it.


Moreover, I don't know if this matter with another issue, there is issue about the network connection, every time I'm switching to a wifi different from what I'm using(must happen), or keep the laptop sleep for some period of time(more than some hrs time) and wake it up to use (this is not as frequent as the above 2 situation), the wifi will the being connected but with the yellow icon(no internet service provide). This situation comes with the same wifi network as well.

And thus, I must do the trouble shoot every time to reset my internet service card(or the ip? I'm not sure at all).


For those 2 situations, I tried to run the trouble shoot or the help assistant program to see if they can be solved, but nothing detected.

sleep mode and power options not working on Windows 10

For issues with sleep mode and power options follow the steps provided below.

Run the Power troubleshooter and check.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Open Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in search and click
  Troubleshooting.
• Now type Power in the search option.
• Click on Power troubleshooter to run.

I would suggest you to try updating the Display driver and check if the issue persists. If you already have all the latest drivers from Windows updates, then I would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer's website, download and install the latest
drivers in compatibility mode and check.

explorer.exe will not run other than in safe mode


MS suggests:
Once your PC is in Safe Mode, reinstall your display adapter driver.

• Type device manager into the search box on the taskbar, and then select Device Manager.
  
• Expand Display adapter.
  
• Right-click the display adapter and select Uninstall > OK.
  
• Restart your PC.
