Windows 10: This is driving me bonkers... Win 10 constantly clearing cookies, logins

Several times a day, when I close my browser (turning the computer on and off, and so on) I'm logged out of everything I'm logged into. So I continually need to log back in to everything... that's probably 10-15 sites I commonly use, every single day, often several times a day, for the past month. It doesn't happen every time, maybe "only" 50% of times. I was on Chrome and then moved to Firefox, but the same issue affects both. I'm using Bitdefender for the past 3-4 months, and anti-tracking is switched off. I think it is a Win 10 issue but can't get to the bottom of it. Anyone else coming across something like this? Thanks.

Win 10 doesn't now remember login info

I would like to inform you that this issue might occur due to Edge incorrect settings. Let's follow the below steps and check if it helps:

I suggest you to clear the browsing history, cache and cookies and check if it helps.

• Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three dots
  (. . .).
• Click on Settings.
• Now scroll down and click on the Advance settings tab.
• Turn on the settings next to the options Offer to save password
  and Save form entries.
• Ensure that you have unchecked cookies and passwords from the list of Choose what to clear.
  
• Restart Edge and check.
